The exact price will be calculated after seing the psd model file, if any, and being informed by the client about every detail concerning expressions, toggles and or custom animations.

If the art provided by the client is not properly separated, extra costs may apply.

Really complex models will have an extra charge, depending on its elements.

After the price and general deadline have been approved by the client, an invoice will be sent via Paypal. The rig or the art service will only start after confirming that part of the invoice has been paid, depending on the percentage agreed with the client.

The rig service considers 3 stages: face rig (eyes, brows and mouth), head movement + physics and body movement + physics. Similarly, the art service considers 3 stages: the sketch, the colors and the final version. The client can ask for changes up to 2 times per stage. Any additional changes, or changes asked for a stage that has already been approved, will incur in extra costs depending on time consumed.

The rig service base price does not include the Live2D source file. The runtime file (ex. Vtube Studio) will only be sent to the client after the full payment has been completed.

For the art service, the psd model file will be only sent to the client after completing the payment.

We will decline any project that uses AI generated art. In the same way, it is forbidden to the client to use the art provided as part of the art service in Artificial Intelligence image generators.

If the client cancels the order, we have the right to keep payment in proportion to the hours of work and communication, and to deduct Paypal fees applied to the payment. No refunds will be made after the first stage of the rig or the art service has been approved.

We reserve the right to decline any project for personal reasons.
